It Support Technician
Current- Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade computer hardware, operating systems, applications, and peripherals for both Mac and Windows PCs.
- Perform analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of problems related to computer hardware, operating systems, applications, and peripherals.
- Receive and respond to incoming e-mails, direct messages, and calls regarding problems with computers, associated hardware, and software.
- Document, update, and resolve IT requests and issues using BMC Helix/Remedy IT Service Management ticketing system.
- Maintain an inventory of IT hardware and software.
- Ensure that the computer systems are provided with appropriate network connectivity through Fender’s existing LAN and wireless WLAN.
