Work in production overseeing 2 CAM Tables (Esko Kongsberg), 2 water jet machines (Flow and OMax) and 2 routers (SCM Group and Komo510). My daily tasks include programming the above machines to produce any item necessary for the Wood, Corrugated and Foam departments.I utilize Artios Cad, XP and I-Cut with the Esko CNC machines as well as Alpha Cam programming platform to write, edit, create production files for water jetting, wood routing and corrugated/foam production as well as work with design/engineering to produce sample to procure new work.Daily based on needs I operate band saws, skivers and angle saws, plank welder, die cutters, wood department SCM AND Komo CNC routers, CNC water jetting machines, CAM tables, Rite Size equipment, stitching machines, gluers, heat flashing and welders, up-cut saws, Tiger saw, arm saw, drill press and chop saws along with other machining platform
