I started as a lifeguard when I was passed my training process. From there, I was assigned as a Lifeguard under a Manager, Supervisors, and Corporate. Our manager had to quit due to a family emergency, and the pool was left without central leadership, as the Supervisors are overlooking multiple pools. Since I was not 18, I could not fulfill the Manager role, but they established me in the role of Headguard, and I was put in charge of all operations at the pool. It taught me lots of leadership skills and learning through making mistakes.
