I have first hand knowledge in training and mentoring people practically and theoretically. My willingness to learn and end to end knowledge ventured me into a challenging role where I was responsible to mentor, train, streamline, recruit and improve the overall production and performance of various teams, during this time is when I understood that implementation of automation within the work flow at the right areas will not only improve the efficiency but also improve the quality and cut down the operations cost by more than 35%.My passion for finding and implementing automated solutions within the revenue cycle management workflow has ever since been growing and I am striving 100% to provide simple automated solutions to both providers and billing offices, one such solution is eClaimStatus and I am happy to say as a core member in the development of this solution my inputs and thought process have been derived and implemented within eClaimStatus - Real Time, Any Time
