Assisting professors in duties surrounding the creation, editing and marking of tests and assignments. Working with and facilitating student's needs/accommodations regarding test materials, study habits, grades and general inquiries. I was responsible for up to 3 classes at a time, totaling over 600 students. Efficiency in marking tests, interpreting test results, making changes to a test and posting the grades was necessary, to ensure that classes were moving smoothly, and professors could continually improve their test material. I was also responsible for handling both pre and post-test responsibilities. Before the test, I had to secure proctors, create and print all test versions and set up the classroom before students arrived. After the test, I was responsible for grading, interpreting grades, meeting with professors to address potential problems, posting grades, and running a test review for students.

Within Onward Manufacturing, most notable for the "Broil King" line of barbeques, I was responsible for the warranty and purchase phone lines and email inquiries. Communicating with the customer, to find the fastest, most effective and cost efficient solution to their problem, while not being able to see what the customer is seeing in real time. Paired with the knowledge that I was simultaneously filling out order forms, customer profiles, locating the necessary parts or solutions, and maintaining a high level of detailed conversation with the customer.Auxiliary to these duties, I volunteered myself to create documents for the new line of electronic smokers, that detailed common problems and the solutions. I created documents that were for internal use, among other customer service representatives, and documents that were meant for customers, that included visuals and detailed explanations in easy to understand language. I worked with the developers of the smoker, and some French representatives to get the documents translated appropriately.
