Beta Sigma Chapter At Saint Louis University

As Senior Vice President, my primary responsibilities entail overseeing the recruitment process and assisting the President in the operation of the Chapter, helping other roles on an as needed basis. During our Fall 2024 recruitment efforts, I led effective an marketing campaign resulting in over 65 people rushing our Fraternity, the highest interest we have had in recent years. Once recruitment started, I was responsible for coordinating all three events (social, business professional, and community service) along with communicating all efforts to our current brothers and potential new members. After formal recruitment was over, I organized our interview process for 42 potential new members which culminated in voting on 14 new brothers.

As a International Direct Commercial Sale (DCS) Contracts Intern, I was responsible for executing proposals including negotiating contract terms and leading an execution team of program managers, supplier managers, and estimators to support DCS customers in Saudi Arabia and expand Boeing’s business in the region. In addition to this scope, I was responsible for a few special projects including organizing a three day offsite event for 70+ team members on a range of global business and legal topics applicable to the team's day to day work, and reconciled over $2B worth of Financial Assurances to ensure timely payments and minimal holding costs. Lastly, this internship allowed me to learn about various types of legal codes and how they affect the way in which global companies like Boeing can conduct business.

As Vice President of Alumni Relations, I help to create relationships between alumni and current chapter members, organize various alumni events for our chapter across the US, educate brothers on how to stay involved once they graduate, and ensure that the members of the chapter understand the purpose and activities of the Delta Sigma Pi Leadership Foundation as well as the importance of their support for the chapter.

As Vice President of Professional Events, I oversaw the development and implementation of professional programs, promoted professional development, and organized various professional events including but not limited to speakers/workshops from Boeing and US Bank.

During this position in Delivery Management, I was responsible for creating deliveries for over 500 line items in the Common Contracting System totaling over $726.9M. I supported a variety of initiatives to increase On Time Delivery by 15% which was a focus of not only my team, but the broader contracts organization. I was also responsible for researching and developing an action plan to make Boeing Global Services more environmentally sustainable, specifically looking at solid waste production. As a FLITE (Future Leaders In Thought and Experience) intern, I collaborated with my fellow FLITE interns on weekly newsletters, hosting executive roundtable discussions, and other projects.
