The lounge was a computer game that I programmed and managed from the ground up at 15. It was acquired by a young Canadian entrepreneur a year after launch. The idea was initially brought to me by a trio of famous gaming YouTubers with whom I co-founded the business. From the experience, we as a whole learned how to manage a team of 50 staff members, mitigate DDoS attacks, and overall provide a fun experience to over 1,000,000 users. This venture was successful to such an extent that I ended up graduating high school two and a half years early to work on it full-time. My favorite part of programming this project was congregating a proprietary anti-cheating system.
