I have been a part of Project Initiation, Planning, Executing, and Monitor and Control process groups.To date, project benefits include $3.5M in Operation Expenditure avoidance, while confirming 145,000 active energy consuming assets and facilities improving data tools efficiencies by 54%; increased efficiency in GHG reporting.

In collaboration with a National Sales team, worked as a Sales Engineer meticulously piecing together multi-million-dollar salescontracts of large subdivisions, multi dwelling units (MDUs), and hotels from negotiation through contract finalized. ▪ Understand IRR, ROI, and Payback Analysis, SOW, Bid Documents, (RFP, RFI, RFQ), Right of Entry, and Bulk contract agreements.▪ Utilizing expertise on products including Managed WI-FI, Fiber to the home (FTTH, FTTX). Hospitality solutions such as CCTV,IPTV, and R-HPY helping customers understand exactly what they were getting, providing reassuring value to the deal.▪ Collaborated with cross functional teams in planning and design to identify problems, assess risks, engage stakeholders, andeducate on technical aspects to the Sales team. Topics include IoT devices, IT networking, L2/L3 networks, 802.11axprotocols, WAP (Wireless Access Point) & WLC (Wireless LAN Controller), WLAN security, Mesh networks, TCP/IP, RADIUS, LDAP used in Charter’s managed Wi-Fi product.
