The Greenhouse team designs and facilitates custom experiences or “labs” to help executive-level clients focus on strategic conversations around a particular business problem or adaptive challenge. The goal is to create breakthrough solutions for individuals, teams, and organizations.Greenhouse methods include innovation theory, data analytics and visualization, design thinking, social psychology, embodied cognition and behavioral economics. Challenges addressed in labs include strategic alignment and execution, scenario planning, change and transformation, relationships, leadership, analytics, talent, operating models, emerging technologies, marketplace innovation, and disruption.

-Fundraised and secured $20,000 for costs of our inaugural summer program.-Developed, created, and facilitated the curriculum for the 2018 SURF summer program to 7 fellows including leadership skills training, informational interviews, consulting, research methodology, and a capstone.

-Conducted research and wrote the proposal for the Community Foundation of San Joaquin to secure $20M from Y Combinator Research to conduct a Basic Income Study for San Joaquin and Stanislaus Counties.-Selected as finalist to serve as the “partner community” and region for the project.

-Sorted and coordinated constituent's legislation correspondence through our office database. -Engaged and aided constituents by providing them with relevant services and resources. -Assisted casework team with cases and casework-related tasks.

Coro cultivates collaborative, ethical, effective leaders for public service through experiential and self-directed learning. Fellows participate in cross-sectoral placements and contract projects within public affairs.

Developed the plans for the Stockton Mayor's office to host the inaugural San Joaquin Valley Leadership Conference for elected officials across the region to convene and discuss a united policy platform.

Conducted research on behalf of Alphabet Energy on the federal, state, and local governments about regulations, subsidies, and tax credits given to carbon reducing technology.

Created a report for Singularity University on how to organize and utilize their international volunteer’s after conducting case studies of different tech-organizations.

Lead campaign organizer for Councilmember Carlton's successful reelection campaign.

Coordinated and planned a turkey drive to provide 500 families a Thanksgiving meal within Oaklands 2nd district.

-Tutored and instructed 20 low-income, first-generation high school students during each school year. -Served as residential advisor to 50 high school students during the 2014 and 2016 six-week summer programs.
