Over the past twenty years I’ve gained a wealth, and variety of experience including over 16 years of professional (Management, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain) development. I have worked for large corporations and I have worked for myself. In that time I have not found a task I couldn’t do with the best.As a young manager I worked primarily in Restaurants. After helping take my stores numbers and appearance from last in market to a leader I would work with corporate training teams going to help other restaurants train and prepare for evaluations. Working at General Motors I learned hundreds of Jobs on their assembly line from taking the frame off of the railroad to driving finished goods out the door. I consulted and partnered with a few entertainment and dining venues in Fort Wayne. I was contacted by a large importing company in Shanghai China to help open a Flagship location in Shanghai.While working at De Refter I had some great challenges and opportunities. There is no three tear liquor distribution in China so I had to create a reliable network of suppliers to deliver quality goods, without stock out. This was not an easy task as I head set De Refter to have the largest selection of Belgian Beer in Shanghai possibly Asia at the time with more than 100 bottles of variety. Heading marketing efforts for the venue as well I participated in several large events within the city from Beer festivals to Shanghai F1. I was approached by a director filming Tiny times 2.0 where we negotiated filming on site and including our logos and beers that would be product placed during the film. I even got a small role as the bartender.
