As an Operations Specialist at Printfection I am primarily responsible for placing customer orders with our network of decorators and suppliers and making sure those orders are produced, shipped and delivered according to customer specifications. I partner cross functionally with our Customer Success and Merch teams as well as our decorators and suppliers to make sure customer expectations are perfectly met.In addition to core Operations work I've also partnered with teammates on projects such as:1. Within this I helped create the donation formula, presentation to leadership and the standard operating procedure for all future quarterly donations.3. Partnered with our Director of Operations before, during and after our largest industry trade show (PPAI) in 2022 to meet suppliers, build relationships and negotiate on such things as pricing and rebates.4. Decreased team ticket volume by identifying tickets that could be removed from our workload and partnered with our Operations Manager to remove them.5. Partnered with Product and Engineering to assist with User Acceptance Testing for a system migration.

Some of my accomplishments as a Specialist include:1. Lead a revamp of the Account Operations new hire onboarding schedule and trainings to update content, reorganize training sessions to improve flow and prioritize important training content earlier in week one and reduce the number of training days from five to four.2. As an Account Operations Associate (AO) I managed a broad portfolio of Wayfair Supplier Partners. I helped them solve order processing problems, held weekly alignment calls with key accounts to review their performance and pain points and ensured adherence to Wayfair expectations.In February of 2018 I became the first AO to take on a smaller, targeted portfolio of suppliers selling on Wayfair's luxury website, Perigold. I worked closely with Wayfair teams in Boston to onboard and educate these suppliers in addition to the typical AO responsibilities.

As a Marketing Representative for a small family owned and operated Cidery I wore many hats. I was their brand ambassador, traversing the great state of Maine to promote Ricker's Hard Cider to the masses.I joined the team a year and a half after they began distributing their products. During my time, I helped grow the brand by:1. Managing the website, social media platforms and email traffic.2. Analyzed data and delivered weekly and monthly sales reports to management.3. Worked with different teams and stakeholders throughout Maine including sales accounts and distributors.4. Handled festivals and organized Ricker's Hard Cider specific promotional and product events throughout Maine.5. Operated the tasting room and guided tours through the cidery.
