Researched and codified over 700 Clean Water Act 401 Certification secondary research findings for aquatic restoration policy evaluation and basin plan quality assurance. Compiled ArcGIS maps and monitoring reports into secondary research summaries as evidence that supported various Total Maximum Daily Load policy programs and decisions. Surveyed hydrologic watersheds sites to collect water quality samples and create cross-sectional surveys on endangered species, land use monitoring, and habitat typing.
