• Identified a lack of visibility across the organisation’s projects. I’ve since designed and rolled out a solution across Technology which allows everyone in the business – particularly senior stakeholders – to see a list of projects listed in order of priority (out of 20) along with their milestones and statuses. 10 project managers currently using this with up to another 30 soon to follow. Confluence is the app being used. Happy to talk through this in more detail• Introduced end-to-end project management process flow which details key dependencies such as Legal, Finance, Security along with project gates and artifacts such as project brief/charter, scope statement, network diagram, SOP and closeout report. This has been adopted by 10 project managers with rollout to another 30 project managers imminent• Launched a project prioritisation/ evaluation initiative across Technology. This step is included in the above-mentioned process flow and is integral to how work is accepted and initiated• Introduced agile ways of working to over-burdened Infrastructure team. This includes story points, prioritising a large backlog of tickets and running controlled sprints to determine velocity• Managing up to 12 projects across my department which includes Cloud Operations (GCP Infrastructure team), IT Operations, Information Security and CI/CD. Projects include office site setups, migrations from self-hosted to SaaS/managed solutions, mergers, environment builds

• Allocated gap analysis and implementation of top 5 SANS Controls. This included building a CMDB, patching backlog of vulnerabilities, controlled use of admin privileges and secure config of hardware and software• Demonstrated strong technical networking knowledge in replacement of MPLS solution with a good understanding of site-to-site VPNs, MPLS, CPE’s and NTE’s as well as the key considerations from a project planning point-of-view

• Awarded autonomy, after moving to different company within the group, to design and oversee my own Project Portfolio within the Sportsbook space in Europe• Awarded the company 2019 Sky High award for the Game Changer; brief description: “This is the person who applied a moment of magic to a project that literally changed the game, something that made all the difference”• Regular engagements with C-level/ Company Executives and Heads of Departments along with company-wide quarterly presentations• Projects include: Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity, office setup and installs, VPN’s/connectivity, API development, Network monitoring solutions, Infrastructure upgrades, company merger, remote working solution POC and roll-out, server room moves, AD restructure, VPN solution rollout right before Covid and setting up a hybrid cloud architecture spanning a multitude of Cloud Operations, Development, Product, Support and third-party teams.

• Assigned the task of redesigning the entire project framework, including a detailed process flow diagram from project request right through to project completion due to my proactive nature and adept understanding of software in question (Confluence, Jira and MS Teams). Involved addressing the existing pain points within reporting (up to 6 tools/ methods previously) and streamlining the project delivery process into one dynamic and standardised dashboard allowing, through appropriate automation and integration, for both reporting and execution at scale• Projects included: PSTN Calling POC’s, Remote Working Solutions (VDI’s), Development Team Acquisition and Office Move, Production Systems hardware upgrades and patching, SSO integration and public hosting of business-critical web-apps and more
