Currently employed as Master Distiller & Head of Operations for Bladnoch Distillery. I have a rich experience of team leadership in fast paced growth, multi-national companies, with leadership roles, both direct and satellite, in operational, technical, brand and product, procurement and supply chain, together with stakeholder management and leading at executive and board levels. I have developed a breadth of leadership, commercial, brand and operational skills whilst continually broadening my technical knowledge.
