After graduating from California Lutheran University with a bachelors degree in Marketing and Communications, I have honed my skills in operations management. Currently I am responsible for the effective and successful management of inventory, productivity, quality control, and back room organization for all Road Runner Sports stores in Orange County. I’m continuing to better my skills in communication and training an development to ensure every store from Ventura County to Sand Diego County is successful in the back of house operations and day to day duties. My future goals are to further streamline operations for my company in their expansion in the coming years as part of the Training and Development team. I can’t wait to see what the future holds and I’m excited to keep riding the wave.
