Starting November 2020, I accepted a position as a Benefits Manager. My team members oversee the completion of all benefit administration tasks for over 1.5 million participants within over 4,000 plans we have assumed benefit administration for. I am responsible for overseeing a Customer Contact Center with over 40,000 calls per month, the completion of over 5,000 transactions per month, resolving high profile participant concerns, reviewing plan assumption loads to take over monthly payments for thousands of participants, and oversee the production of case processing activities. I am also responsible for the analytics and reporting for the tens of thousands of participant transactions each month to inform branch supervisors on customer escalations.
