As I bookkeeper at Live to Surf I was able to develop many skills. I worked closely with the founder of the organization to create a communication system between bookkeepers. I also developed excellent Financial analysis and accounting skills through bank reconciliations, journal entries and accounts payable/receivable.

During my time at College Pro as a Franchisee, I learned a great deal about being a small business entrepreneur. I learned how to hire good employees, how to develop and maintain good customer relations, how to manage my expenses and much more. I was able to run a successful summer business and create value for my team and my customers.

Liquor Plus gave me a valuable opportunity to become a better team leader in a Supervisor role. I learn how to manage a team, to keep others motivated and maintain high quality work. I had an excellent time developing relationships with my team and assisting my manger in creating a effective work environment.
