I’m a strategy manager focused on delivering software solutions to simplify the billing experience for customers and deliver value to the business. Simplifying a complex system architecture whilst the business is rapidly evolving is both challenging and exciting. The additional role of supporting skill development of team members is rewarding and is what I enjoyed the most about teaching undergraduate students. My experience includes supporting the development of long-term organizational strategy, building business cases for capital funding requests, managing the prioritization of work for multiple development teams, and guiding executive decision-making processes. I enjoy the process of identifying opportunities, conducting research, and supporting team members as they build and implement solutions. My colleagues would describe me as organized, adept at managing changing priorities, analytical, and being a champion for making the right decisions at the right time. My confidence in our strategic direction is matched by my ability to continually analyze externalities and adapt to ensure we are delivering the right solution at the right time.
