Current• Utilize outbound tactics (emails, sequences, LinkedIn, cold calling, and video) to generate new enterprise account opportunities for State and Local Governments.• Oversee a territory from Delaware along the coast down to Florida, including Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, Arkansas, and Illinois.• Create innovative ways to generate leads, qualify inbound leads, and drive engagement.• Clearly articulate Genesys's value, FedRAMP CX Native AI Cloud customer service platform, and native AI digital solutions; market products to prospects and position them based on potential prospects' issues and needs.• Enter data, notes, and details into Genesys CRM.• Understand prospects' needs and clearly communicate these to Account Executives. Collaborate with AEs and grasp the needs of all State and Local government agencies and departments by reviewing their missions, annual reports, budgets, and strategic plans.• Proficient in 6Sense, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, and Microsoft Teams.• Create video content with Hippo Video, Vidyard, Microsoft Clipchamp, and Power Director: AI Video Editor.* Exceed targets and achieve 207% of the goal, bringing in $1.9 million in the pipeline for FY24.* 6 FY24 Booking Spiffs totaling $1,548,790 for FY25
