-Review and approve organization requests for corporate solicitations for the world's largest student-run philanthropy.-Work with the Company Relations team to develop resources to improve corporate solicitation efforts and educate organizations on how to properly reach out to corporations-Create new strategies to better steward THON's corporate partners-Analyze past donor data in order to devise new donor retention and stewardship practices

• Coordinated the re-run of $55,000 worth of rejected materials that would have otherwise gone to scrap and communicated these plans with the process and quality engineers• Designed and implemented an interactive scoreboard that requires and encourages line operators and technicians to keep up with their quality checks to improve daily scores• Utilized 5S methodology to design shadow boards and implement a sustainable new layout in five filter rooms to reduce waste and increase productivity• Performed an audit to identify unnecessary holes in the guard doors across 8 lines and planned the elimination of 35% of the holes to reduce risk of injury
