• TQA group oversees several technically specialized areas in QA:o Compatibility – Create, plan and execute compatibility testing on all products o Performance - Create, plan and execute PC and console performance testing o Analytics – Validating Analytics software implementation o Networking – Testing of all online and network related functionality o Standards – Working with other management and development groups to help enforce technical requirements and standards across our games.• Supervise and support the Tech QA test team and take primary responsibility for the work execution according to the standards and policies of the company.• Mentoring QA Coordinators, seniors and testers assigned to their own team.• Allocating, tracking, and following up on daily tasks with the team.• Direct the creation and maintenance of specialized test plans and documentation for assigned products• Ensure QA coverage on the titles are executed according to departmental and 1st party standards• Primary communication with development and production teams.• Manage the bug database to ensure compliance with departmental standards• Coaching for the rest of the department on key technical updates/industry information or testing requirements.• Reporting regular progress and statistics for allocated platform(s) to development, production and management groups as needed

• Manage the bug database to ensure compliance with departmental standards• Assist Technical QA Lead in creation and maintenance of project test plans and documentation for assigned products• Ensure QA coverage on assigned platforms are executed according to departmental and 1st party standards• Mentoring testers• Allocating, tracking and following up on daily tasks with QA Testers.• Test and ensure that internal projects' performance, telemetry/analytics, network requirements, PC requirements and PC compatibility meet milestone targets

• Test software as per TQA Lead or TQA Coordinator instructions and assist them in making sure all testing is complete before the milestone dates• Accurately identify and enter defects into the database according to departmental standards• Re-test allocated defects (eg. Claimed Fixed) in specified builds, and update the corresponding database entry• Complete assigned tests (eg. play-through, game play evaluation, competitive analysis)• Collaborating on the testing needs/focus with other QA departments such as CQA, TQA and LOC.• Test and ensure that internal projects' performance, telemetry/analytics, network requirements, PC requirements and PC compatibility meet milestone targets• Deploy TQA testplans, while overseeing a small team and assist with the coverage. Ensures the task successfully delivering results, all while helping the team.
