At Urban Mattress, I worked to deliver mattresses to clients in the Boulder/Denver area but also to places all around the Colorado Front Range. Working under any conditions I would take a box truck out and around Colorado, delivering anywhere from 6 to 12 mattresses a day. -- Worked with a variety of different people, grouping daily in pairs of two in order to handle deliveries. -- Assisted in managing the inventory of a large warehouse-- Gained experience in the service industry, working very closely with clients (often in their own homes)

I worked at SketchUp for around a month in their Quality Assurance department, working closely with the QA team and other teams there. I worked to write out test plans and strategies for testing a new app that they were launching designed for Augmented and Virtual Reality Systems.-- Was able to talk and be mentored by many of the project leads such as the QA Leader, Project Manager, and Head Software Engineer.-- Worked alone in developing the test plans and in testing the product as well.-- Was able to sit in on many company wide meetings allowing myself to learn the strategies used at a high level in the company.
