• Developed Turnover Packages for the construction and commissioning activities of two H-Class High Performance Siemens Gas Turbine S-Generators for the Oregon Clean Energy Combined Cycle Project.• Collaborated with startup engineers, construction, and client to deliver all required testing records and quality control documentation for turnover packages.

• Maintained the LOTO database, created LOTO log books, installed locking devices/Do Not Operate/System Under Test tags, and approved energy isolation for five new General Electric 7FA Natural Gas power generation plants.• Created, implemented, and tracked LOTO/Permit to Work training for affected employees, and authorized tagging authority for over 1000 employees.• Implemented and maintained permit to work program, coordinated with construction and startup to meet FPL and Black & Veatch project deadlines.• Directly responsible for zero LOTO violations and accomplishing all project goals.

Provided a controlled response to any radiological incident occurring at aval Complex San Diego. Participated in semiannual events conducted to maintain proficiency in decontamination response. Attended quarterly Decontamination Trainings to cover emergency response procedures, actions and outcomes.

Implemented and trained personnel in Quality Assurance processes, aval and Federal Safety regulations, and safe usage of ionizing radiation equipment. Performed over 5000 X-Ray florescent and spectrometer analysis tests for determining metal alloys with 100% accuracy. Assisted in on-Destructive testing inspections for over 500 weld samples of various metal alloys. Led a team of 12 inspectors in the analysis of metal alloys for 17 United States aval Ships high energy systems union nuts and provided detailed reports with completed alloy verification. Oversaw inspections utilizing microscopic analysis, measurement, and recording equipment for waterfront operations, including the mobile bay oil flush. Reviewed and approved 600 work packages for critical high pressure and energy systems.

Supervised scheduling of over 1,000 preventive maintenance tasks for A4W nuclear power plants. As a Work Center Supervisor and Quality Assurance Supervisor, was responsible for troubleshooting and repairing turbine generators, AC and DC motors, motor controllers, switchboards, 60 Hz and 400 Hz motor generators, lighting systems, indicating systems, transformers, circuit breakers, bus transfer devices, voltage regulators, storage batteries, electrical components of hydraulic and mechanical power units, and electrical monitoring equipment.Generated detailed troubleshooting guides and repair procedures, initiated work quality inspections, and created work process improvement procedures. Implemented an auto-scheduling program for preventive maintenance minimizing the time required to plan maintenance actions.

Maintained external and internal audit records for ship’s reactor and secondary plant IAW avy uclear Propulsion Plant Standards. Performed over 200 maintenance items on S6G secondary systems.
