Manages communications, timelines and project details to support partners and customers in project planning, production and steps all the way through to completion. • Provides pricing and order confirmations to inquiring fabricators in an immediate fashion. • Reviews product costing and fabric consumption and have that information prepared for when purchase orders come in, so they can be quickly processed. Prepares purchase orders by verifying specifications and price. • Track project milestones and deliverables.Establishes and monitors project timelines. • Monitor stock levels and prevents fabric shortages, and assist in the procurement of fabric for small and large projects.• Works with manufacturers and fabric mills to determine workroom lead times that meet project expectations. Mange and coordinate measure and installation services.Establishes and maintains project technical packets. • Reviews and assist in completion of costing sheets, which ensure we have accurate expectations for the profitability of individual projects.• Keeps organized records from the beginning estimation stage through purchasing, to ensure the highest level of accuracy.

• Responsible for managing all communication, documentation and coordination on a project from design to installation to ensure a seamless delivery of high-quality window treatments;• Establish and track critical milestones, timelines and contingency plans;• Conduct site visits to meet installers to ensure all elements of project are being installed according to specifications;• Conduct site visits to meet with client and/or installers to ensure window treatments are being installed accordingly;• Maintain communication with internal operations at company to coordinate design, purchasing and installation;• Communicate with external partners and installers to facilitate seamless delivery of contracted scope of the project;• Prepare production reports to be presented to upper management• Work with installation team to identify all parts and pieces necessary for 100% complete installation including fabric, hardware, and other installation materials;• Manage project budgets;• Engage in post-project reviews to continue to develop processes.
