As the supply chain manager at frank green, I led continuous improvement initiatives and oversaw the implementation of an ERP system and setup of a new production facility. In a short amount of time, I developed new processes and procedures for planning production, inventory management, raw material procurement, and physical production using the ERP system.My efforts included detailed documentation, team building, hiring, training, and integration with other business areas. I successfully handed over the management of the facility for steady-state operations.My work at frank green enabled the company to optimize its supply chain operations, resulting in increased efficiency and cost savings

As the person responsible for Thankyou's warehouse and transport services, I applied lean principles to drive performance improvements and cost savings. I successfully increased our logistics provider's KPIs while reducing warehousing and distribution costs from double digits to single-digit percentages of revenue.Additionally, I continually improved Thankyou's systems, processes, and infrastructure, including ERP, WMS, eCommerce, and EDI systems. In response to COVID-19, I implemented measures to secure the existing supply chain and coordinated the development of new supply chain infrastructure that facilitated the sale of millions of dollars of specially made hand sanitizer.
