o First point of notification for new claims followed by validation of policy cover, negotiation and fulfilment with a need to take ownership and obtain all the relevant information to ensure that the claim is directed down the correct fulfilment route and a quick claim resolution is achieved. o Communicate with customers and colleagues, explaining.

o My responsibilities as an editorial assistant included quality-checking digital images and microfilm reels, liaising with academics and partner companies to ensure deadlines were met, monitoring the transfer of image files from scanning companies to their server. o Other key roles included cross-checking lists of potential documents against competitors’.
