I have a background working in customer service and digital media production. I maintain a comprehensive understanding of communication and multimedia skills. I possess a Bachelor’s of Science in Communication Studies from Emerson College where I honed skills in professional writing, event management, multimedia production, public relations, and personal branding. Following my graduation, I have work experience in customer support services and podcast media production. I have experience in customer service as well as conflict resolution, fundraising, nonprofit consulting and communication research. Some fantastic professional development books I've engaged with over the past few years are centered around effective management strategy, positive communication, negotiation and mediation tactics, as well as journalism, podcasting and audio storytelling.
