Design acrylic emulsions for industrial adhesive applications. Member of global teams in order to meet regional customer demands. Provide support to other BASF regional development groups. Regular interactions with marketing and technical service colleagues to steer product development.

Collaborated with two separate groups to 1) progress the technology used for flexible roof coating applications and 2) improve the interfacial interaction of impact modifiers with bioplastics. Additionally, performed a deep dive competitive analysis for internal reporting.

Improved the application process of binders for porous pavement applications and explored methods to further the use of polyurethanes in the wood binder industry.
