'At the National Centre for Food Manufacturing, University of Lincoln, I support the development of dissemination and communication of the decarbonising narrative for food products in the S3 Project in collaboration with Reynor Foods, University of Cambridge and Software Imaging. As a Food System Thematic Lead at the Nigerian Economic Summit Group (NESG), I coordinate the activities of the food system thematic group of the NESG Committee of Practice on Youth (CoPYOUTH), providing scientific research and evidence-based policy recommendations to ensure food security and nutrition for all.I recently served as a research fellow at the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI) and a Next Generation ambassador at the Global Food Symposium, a forum that brings together global leaders and experts to discuss the challenges and opportunities in the food sector.I have published multiple articles in peer-reviewed journals on food product development, food quality, nutrition, and innovation.
