Managed and led a range of strategic priority projects across Ofcom's sectors, with a particular focus on future-facing issues:- Led various aspects of Ofcom's internal horizon scanning, including regular internal briefings for colleagues across the organisation, and developing an overview of relevant trends across the communications sector- Led Ofcom's input into the Digital Regulation Cooperation Forum Horizon Scanning workstream as it conducted work on Immersive Technologies, Digital ID, and Synthetic Media and Deepfakes- Led a forward-facing research project on Online Platforms to inform Ofcom's Public Service Media Review

Secondment within Ofcom's Spectrum Policy and Analysis team, focusing on forward-looking projects:- Led a research project assessing the emerging 5G Mobile Private Network market- Led policy workstreams and stakeholder engagement for 'Ofcom's Future Approach to Mobile Markets and Spectrum'- Led horizon scanning work to inform Ofcom's future spectrum-related work, as set out in its 'Spectrum Roadmap'

Supported a range of policy and strategy projects across Ofcom's remit:- Worked across Corporate Strategy, including reporting on project performance to Senior Leadership and the Board, and developing Ofcom's overall Plan of Work- Worked on Ofcom's strategy in relation to Digital Markets, its work with the Digital Markets Taskforce, and provided input into the early stages of what eventually became the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 - Worked with UK telecoms firms and key drivers of internet traffic to manage increased network demand resulting from Covid-19 lockdowns. Authored the cover paper for the Institute of Telecommunications Professionals Journal (Volume 15 Part 2) summarising this work

Conducted work for a range of clients, including the Ministry of Housing, Communities, and Local Government, Citizens Advice, GlaxoSmithKline and NHS Supply Chain. Developed bids for new projects, and led a number of internal corporate initiatives.
