With almost 20 years of experience in the media industry, and across multiple specialisations from Photography to Film, I believe in the power and philosophy of "Platform-Creation" to motivate and elevate talent and industry development. I'm currently a Director and Executive Producer with The Flying Kick Asia with offices in both Singapore and Taiwan.I have also created some of Singapore's most significant and national-level talent discovery projects such as ciNE65 in 2011 and National Youth Film Awards in 2015, independent community theatre; Sinema Old School in 2007 and media platform; Sinema.SG since 2006. I'm now embarking on a Southeast Asian focused journey as Festival Co-Director with SeaShorts Film Festival to celebrate our shared culture and identities and to recognise the brightest emerging filmmaking talents across the region.
