At Purdue University's Wiley Dining Hall I had a wide range of responsibilities and roles dependent upon the day and position I choose. On any given day I could be maintaining the 'line,' which is the counter food would be served on; I could have been preparing food to be cooked or cooking as well. Every shift the Dining Hall equipment, dishes, pots pans, etc would need to be cleaned, I was proficient in this as well.
