In this role I was responsible for the development, execution, evaluation and communication of local and national marketing initiatives for the Vita Group's business channel.Key Duties and Responsibilities: 1) Supporting the strategic direction of Vita Group's small business channel by: - Contributing to strategic planning; - Controlling a $200,000 per quarter budget; and - Developing marketing plans aligned to the strategy. 2) Executing and monitoring event, media and digital campaigns that resulted in: - More than 71,000 searches and $100,000 in gross profit last quarter; - Managing 23 memberships generating a 2:1 return on investment; and - Executing media campaigns generating more than $350,000 in gross profit for a 3:1 return on investment in Q1 FY2017. 3) Project managing a national event series across 16 locations through: - Liaising with partners to gain funding for the series; - Presenting on social media at the events; and - Generating more than 1,000 attendees and a 2:1 return on investment. 4) Delivering marketing communications for the channel by: - Crafting and communicating official quarterly marketing plans; - Creating a range of content for programs; and - Supporting the management of the channels’ social media programs. 5) Liaising with key stakeholders, suppliers, media and agencies through: - Providing updates and developing action items for stakeholders in the channel; - Undertaking planning discussions with stakeholders; and - Providing advice to stakeholders around marketing activities. 6) Leading in the development of methods to measure marketing campaigns by: - Developing a strategy to monitor campaigns using Salesforce; - Providing insights to stakeholders through reporting; - Following up action items to keep stakeholders accountable for their tasks; and - Analysing conversion rates for store, phone and web leads.

In this role I was responsible for the development and execution of marketing and engagement programs for Vita’s Telstra Business Centres nationally. Key Duties and Responsibilities: 1) Provided input toward strategic planning, working with the Marketing Manager, by: -Assisting to develop the Telstra Business websites for all locations. 2) Coordinated and executed marketing campaigns in line with the strategic plan by: -Identifying opportunities to develop the local marketing plan; -Project managing 3 national roadshows with an average total attendance of 600; and -Managing an allocation of finite budgetary resources. 4) Managed communications for the channel by: -Crafting a range of physical and digital materials for 20 centres. -Managing the intranet and social media for the channel; -Developing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders; and -Helping coordinate the opening of 14 Telstra Business Centres. 5) Monitored campaigns and providing recommendations for improvement by: -Setting up 1300 numbers for all Telstra Business Centres; and -Using Salesforce to develop campaign reporting.
