• P&L responsibility to manage and grow a portfolio of chemistry course materials and products for the higher education market• Two (2) time winner of the ‘Most Innovative Product Signing’ award • Deliver technology/software product demonstrations and sales presentations to faculty and administrators across the US and Canada (in person and virtual). Serving as the product and content expert and face of the list to the market and sales organization. • Lead a team of editors, digital media designers and assistants to deliver products to market on time and on budget• Conceptualize, sign and develop in partnership with authors and vendors market leading course solutions (print and digital)• Collaboratively work across functional groups to ensure the product portfolios growth, delivering our suite of products to customers by supporting and delivering on our authors visions• Conduct focus groups and lead both product and market development activities
