My career began in the world of internal user support. This exposed me to a range of different technologies, and helped me to develop my troubleshooting and interpersonal skills.From here I moved into a Systems Administrator role within the Support team, learning about operating system deployment, Windows update management, application packaging, etc. This is also where my foray into scripting began in earnest.These new skills paved the way for my transition into the IT Operations team, which is allowing me to further develop my automation and process improvement skills.From here I progressed further into automation and process improvement, leading to my role as an Automation Engineer.
