The role involved managing the whole committee to ensure squads were being trained effectively; by deciding to move the clubs base to Molesey BC (GB high performance rowing centre) I have enabled the club to have access to better facilities and coaching. I ensured club funds were healthy (finding a sponsor for the club) and that the fleet of boats was maintained and improved (sourcing funding for a new boat).During my time as President we were selected as the best administered club (by the University Colours Committee). I was also a volunteer coach throughout my time as President and beyond.
