• 19 years of successful I.T. experience to include Network Services Manager, Help Desk Representative, Windows Administrator, Systems Administrator, Network Consultant, Citrix Engineer III and Sr. Systems Engineer, IT Infrastructure Manager, and most recently Consulting Delivery Manager offering a bachelor’s degree in Network and Communications Management and multiple professional certifications• Strong working knowledge of computer hardware, software and operating systems to include Windows Desktop and Server operating systems• Excellent knowledge and experience with Active Directory networking theory and application• Various virtualization technologies to include Citrix Xen Platform, Microsoft Hyper-V and VMware and Nutanix• Self-starter with a positive attitude, good communication skills, and high focus on improving efficiency and supporting end-users.
