As a Business Unit Director at QTS, I am responsible for managing and leading a cross-functional team of Buyer/Planners, Project Engineers, Quality, and Sales within a business unit of Quality Tech Services. I am also accountable for the successful generation of sales and development of services that are required to support short and long term business.

• QTS is an established leader in outsourcing solutions for medical device assembly, packaging and sterilization. As a Regional Account Manager I am responsible for:
• Creating, developing and maintaining ongoing business to business relationships within the medical device community.
• Assisting QTS clients to reduce their cost and risk of owning and maintaining medical device assembly, packaging and sterilization.
• Representing client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality and consistency.

During my tenure as a Sales Representative in Serta's Contract Division I sought out and obtained new hospitality/hotel accounts and called on existing accounts in Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Western Wisconsin.

As a National Account Representative for Serta I directed and motivated 60 sales representatives on new and existing Serta products by focusing on the products’ features, advantages, and benefits. I also instructed and executed new sales processes to 60 sales representatives. Finally, I supported four (4) national accounts, 38 stores, with the resolution.
