These projects include tasks such as firm expansion, process improvement, hiring initiatives, and adaptation of new programs.Nick has also served the firm in several capacities including: Director of Recruitment, Interim Chief Marketing Officer, and Deputy Chief Operating Officer.Nick has spearheaded several Firm growth initiatives including:- Expansion, opening, and planning of Tully Rinckey PLLC's Rochester office located in the Linden Oaks Office park, during July of 2016- Expansion, opening, and planning of Tully Rinckey PLLC's Binghamton office location in November 2015- Architect of an internal file auditing process that substantially mitigated risk to the firm, improved weekly cash flow, and formalized a critical process in overall legal and financial management of all cases firm-wide.- Creator and Chairperson of the firm's Contingency Fee Case Committee. This committee manages the firm's financial opportunity and risk mitigation for all contingency fee matters. Nick was instrumental in writing and developing policies and procedures for this committee during it's creation and implementation.As Tully Rinckey PLLC's Director of Recruitment, Nick led the firm's internal recruiting team though:- Development of new and innovative candidate sourcing strategies- Design of a formalized interview process from first contact until offer acceptance- Drafting and issuance of long-term employment contracts- Negotiation & acceptance of several employment agreements- Developing advertisement campaigns for targeted candidate sourcing- Formalization and unification of recruitment policies across multiple business locations and departments- Coaching and development of internal recruiting associate team Show less
