Working in REA's Creative Services team, we essentially functioned as an in-house creative agency, providing digital and physical creative assets for developers and residential real estate agents, including full website conceptulisation, design and build, project landing pages, online banners, EDMs, sales brochures, floorplans and floorplates, display suite fitouts, logos and branding, and more. My role was to liaise between both internal and external stakeholders, including our team of designers, REA Account Managers and internal approvers, as well as our clients directly to help quote, brief, design and deliver these creative assets in a timely manner.

As a traffic manager, I was responsible for leading the production team and monitoring their output in website and mobile orders, in both quantity and quality, for Australian and New Zealand clients. I held regular meetings with our team and external freelancers to communicate targets, progress and developing new ideas, whilst always working closely with key stakeholders to ensure the ongoing growth of the company.As a digital producer, I comfortably worked with CMS and basic CSS, and completed a range of copywriting, image editing and SEO tasks on a daily basis, whilst working with account managers and internal resources to create sites.
