Owners Representative role for not-for-profit client through redevelopment of two affordable housing buildings replacing 57 existing units with 157 purpose-built seniors’ affordable units (20% accessible) across two six-storey Passive House designed buildings in Vancouver. Project financed by CMHC National Housing Strategy’s (NHS) National Housing Co-Investment Fund (NHCF), FCM Green Municipal Fund’s Sustainable Affordable Housing initiative and BC Housing.Owner's Representative role for Canadian Cancer Society supporting Project Team through completion of Centre for Cancer Prevention and Support renovation-expansion which provides the CCS with over 50,000 SF of expanded office and research space, patient lodging, care and support services, as well as event and presentation facilities.
