Co-Founder and Co-Executive Director of DLM Partners Foundation. Our mission is to support start-up businesses and organizations which focus on environmental sustainability and good corporate and social responsibility in the communities where the DLM Partners team lives and operates. Mr. Lewis is an experienced figure in the investment management industry. He is the Chief Executive Officer of DLM Partners LLC, which he co-founded in 2013. Mr. Lewis leads the portfolio management, risk management and research activities at DLM Partners LLC. He has been involved with more than 30 technology-related start-up ventures since 1998. Before founding DLM Partners LLC, Mr. Lewis worked as a capital markets professional on both the buy and sell sides for over a decade, gaining dedicated experience in distressed debt, high-yield bond sales, risk arbitrage, and private investments. He built a network of resources and gained an understanding of the investment spectrum that provides significant yields for his investors today. Immediately before starting DLM Partners, Mr. Lewis was the senior portfolio manager of an internal hedge fund focusing on high-yield bonds at Goldman Sachs. Previously, he was a Senior Vice-President in the distressed debt department at Goldman Sachs, where he worked as a bankruptcy analyst, bank loan trader, and as a distressed securities trader. Prior to joining the distressed debt department, he worked as risk arbitrage analyst for Goldman Sachs highly regarded risk arbitrage trading desk. Mr. Lewis began his finance career as an Associate in private equity at Goldman Sachs. Mr. Lewis graduated with an undergraduate degree in economics from Harvard University in 1966 and with a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School in 1999.
