CHP’s class-leading software package, ALFA Systems, provides support for a broad range of asset finance products and facilitates the entire lifecycle of each transaction.Notable elements of my time at CHP included: - Managing the company's first consulting engagement in Germany for the leasing arm of one of Europe’s top banks - Leading a project to design and deliver new processes and systems in order to enable a major US financial corporation to launch a significant new business line - Completing a requirements definition for a data-warehousing and reporting project for the US corporate finance division of a Japanese bank - Leading the business process and system configuration workstream for CHP’s first US client - Taking responsibility for the data conversion workstream in a major change programme to merge four UK finance companies
