I work in the assurance practice of PwC Southampton and have been a director since 2011. My experience includes working with clients from a wide range of industries, including: aerospace and defence, technology, construction, fast moving consumer goods, life sciences, manufacturing and automotive. I work with clients that are listed, as well as those that are family / privately owned, including UK subsidiaries of multinational companies. I apply a commercial mindset when working with clients, working collaboratively to help them meet their goals. During my time as a director with PwC, I have also performed internal leadership roles, including finance leader and people leader for the assurance practice in PwC Southampton. I am also actively involved in graduate recruitment for PwC, through attending university careers fairs and conducting senior interviews.

I worked on the audit of the Europe Middle East and Africa (EMEA) activities of a global technology company, clearing results and reporting with EMEA execs and coordinating audit activities of PwC teams across 30+ countries. In addition, I worked on the Sarbanes Oxley readiness assessment for a fast moving consumer goods company, which was dual listed on the CAC40 and the NYSE.

Greater New York City Area

I worked predominantly on the audit of one of the world's largest technology companies. I was the audit manager on their global services division, covering both financial reporting and internal controls over financial reporting (Sarbanes Oxley). I was also repsonsible for managing the audit of the significant and complex contracts for intellectual property sharing and strategic alliances.
