As a former National Team Player for the Philippines Rugby team, Director of Innovation, consulting partner to leaders in Fortune 100 innovation teams, and Chief of Staff to world-leading scientists at Johnson & Johnson, I’ve had a broad set of ‘in-the-field’ experiences to show me what makes growth and top-performance happen. I have a master’s degree in positive psychology and organizational development with over 10 years of experience working with leaders to navigate growth at Nationwide, P&G, AT&T, Eli Lilly, Kroger, GE, the WHO, and FedEx. Born and raised in Queens NY, I now live in Lawrence, KS with my wife Kristin, our son, and two dogs Luna and Lucy. When I’m off filling my cup you can find me out on the trail, in a good book, or in the dojo practicing the peace-based martial art of Ki-Aikido.
