For the past 18 months, I acted in a dual role as Solution Development Lead for Accenture’s Responsible AI solution and as AI Insights and Center for Data and Insights Solution Integration Lead. Both roles were essential for supporting the strategic vision and innovation agenda of Accenture’s Data and AI Practice Lead. The role as Solution Development Lead required collaborating with the Global Responsible AI Lead to establish strategic priorities regarding development of an initial Solution to take to market as well as organizing a supporting practice. The role as AI Insights and CDI Solution Integration Lead required collaboration with the Data and AI Growth and Strategy Lead to develop a strategy to embed prebuilt AI assets and leverage externally sourced data from Accenture’s differentiating Center for Data and Insights.

Led initiatives across capabilities of AI strategy, data science/ML, data engineering and Responsible AI, AI Industry convergence program and integration across the Applied Intelligence Network.

Over the years in this role, I supported a wide range of initiatives focused on the build out of strategic lines of business such as Solutions.AI for Processing, Responsible AI, AI Strategy and Transformation, Financial Services Analytics capabilities and Industrialized Data Engineering solutions and products. In each of these areas, I would help set strategic vision, mobilization and launch of sales campaigns, content development, market and industry intelligence, industry analyst responses, learning and talent development, and knowledge management

Organized and led 5 innovation sales workshop demo fairs to expose new Digital executives to leading edge solutions and to learn how to sell those solutions to our clients. Each workshop had at least 350 attendees and 15+ demo booths.

Coordinated the compilation and review of asset registers for the Digital practice to be analyzed and protected with new information security controls that conform to GDPR. Created and implemented a communications plan to be sent to all of Digital that brings awareness to individuals of day-to-day ISM activities and compliance policies.

Developed repeatable delivery methodology for all Accenture Analytics projects to use with clients on their projects. This was done to reduce the costs associated with new projects as well as to improve the accuracy of estimating time, costs, and resources to complete projects.

During his time at Notre Dame, Nick interned with the Career Center to enhance day-to-day technical support for The Career Center and the Office of Student Affairs. Day to day responsibilities included providing technical support and implementing security policies for employee workstations, laptops, network connections, and printers. He also helped to improve, upgrade, and manage software and hardware for The Career Center's computer lab as well as employee workstations and laptops.
