My role is to oversee the analytics department of UC Synergetic, with a focus on the Verizon communications sector. - I am in daily access to the Quick Base project management software used by UC Synergetic. - I perform a daily internal audit on all pending customer invoices to ensure proper contractual units are applied. - I monitor trends in project workload and performance. - I produce a variety of daily/weekly reports for various areas; such as invoicing, employee performance, and workload. - I work with the various team leaders in order to ensure all projects are delivered on time and on budget, as well as, work to create new efficiencies as needed.- I work with the upper management team on a daily basis to provide financial data in order to help facilitate contract negotiations with the customers. - I worked closely with the accounting department to create a streamlined invoicing process that fits our internal needs, as well as the needs of the customers.

Project management role as the single point of contact for the NJ Highlands group working with the customer, Verizon. Included managing a team of engineers, designer, drafters and quality control supervisors to maintain all projects were submitted correctly and in a timely manner with customers.

This would include structure, schematic, foundation, grounding, steel, layout, equipment, apparatus, wiring, panel, AC&DC, one lines, and other type drawings necessary to produce substation, relay, and line design job packages•File drawings, maintain catalogs of engineering data, and perform other routine drawing room functions as required
