I'm a soul who enjoys to explore and laugh with everyday life with endless curiosity and enthusiasm for people in motion, different cultures and nature. As a strategic business advisor, passionate sustainability advocate, creative design director and mentor my belief is to place people and our planet at the heart of what we do.My passion is understanding people, cultures, nature, sustainability, brands and businesses as the basis to design an awesome and memorable user experience. I ensure designing for change is informed through research, strategy and human centred design principles which contribute to a positive and healthy difference in how people live, work and create the future, today.Having lived and worked in West Africa, UK, Finland, Italy, India, Brazil and Australia, this diversity has taught me the importance of communication, flexibility and fundamental cultural nuances that are applicable in all modern day workplace experiences.I bring deep and cross-discipline expertise having worked as a leader client-side in the finance sector, most recently for AMP, led part of a global business management consultancy, managed a manufacturing company in Milan, and worked for different international design firms.Over the last decade, I helped shape a cultural and brand transformation at AMP that reimagined the purpose of its workplaces across Australia by placing people and our planet at the heart of design. Through educating an entire organisation to the benefit of strategic and sustainable design, healthy ways of working and the imperative of choice it improved how people performed and created value. I shaped its workplace strategy and instilled solid sustainable design principles which evolved into a super-user workplace experience strategy receiving global recognition. This culminated with the design and delivery of its new workplace at Quay Quarter Tower Sydney ensuring a legacy for AMP’s brand. As an advisor at Rappar the unique and diverse value I bring to clients focuses on the intersection of people, culture, business strategy, circular & regenerative design, sustainability and brand advocacy to create competitive advantage.I’m enthusiastic to participate in projects which help communities in developing and undeveloped countries.

A design vision that breathed new life into AMP, and reimagined the purpose of the Workplace by deeply exploring the principles of why, where and how people desired to work. It educated an entire organisation, changed how people think, increased choice, improved business outcomes, optimised costs, and ensured a legacy for AMP’s brand and future generation As a trusted advisor and thought leader, I gained credibility with the CEO, CIO, CPCO and executive layer by demonstrating the value of strategic Workplace design and how it benefited business outcomes, its culture and people. I established a clear design philosophy that was principle based, informed through research, organisationally aligned, and in continuous evolution. I introduced design thought leadership across Accommodation, Workplace, Environmental & Wellbeing, Cultural, Change, and Technology strategies. I become a respected advisor across the organisation where I presented the evolving strategies and design that in service of advocacy and performance were a tangible manifestation of AMP’s people, brand, culture and spirit As a change agent and business leader, I helped transform AMP’s Workspace property team into a more strategic thinking team with a broader and deeper capability base. I introduced new processes and formed effective relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders resulting in improved outcomes. I sourced new local and international partners who brought design diversity, value, quality, and longevity which uplifted the team’s capability and delivery. As a creative leader, I ensured design integrity, excellence and quality was successfully achieved.
