I bring deep and cross-discipline expertise having worked as a leader client-side in the finance sector, most recently for AMP, led a global business management consultancy, managed a manufacturing company in Milan and worked for different international design firms. I work in the intersection of people, workplace culture, new ways of working, environmental sustainability, design and brand values to create a memorable user experience. I do this through improving the physical design of places, spaces, buildings and products. All my work is led by user research and smart strategy which translates to a meaningful, flourishing difference in how people live, work and create the future, today. Having lived and worked in the UK, West Africa, Finland, Italy, India, Brazil and Australia, this diversity has taught me the importance of communication, flexibility and fundamental cultural nuances that are applicable in all modern day workplace experiences.
