Developed and maintained features for both the Synchrony CareCredit iOS application and our internal SDK. The CareCredit application supported over 50,000 daily users and handled thousands of daily transactions to any of our 250,000 health-focused providers.

Worked cross-functionally across various teams (actuarial, claims, underwriting, IT) to provide process improvements for both highly technical and specialized workflows. Areas of expertise include: business process management/stakeholder management, UI/UX design, underwriting practices, claims administration, and automated regression testing (C# & Selenium WebDriver).Notable Contributions:• Developed first-of-its-kind automated regression testing platform utilizing C#, Selenium Webdriver, NUnit & NLog. Includes a GUI that empowers business users to build their own custom tests. Test results (e.g. successes, failures, screenshots, and full test log) are output to a dynamic dashboard. Tests mimic live user interactions on our user-facing web portal.• Implemented an internal claims system that reduced dependence on offshore adjusters. This system introduced automated functionality that saves users hundreds of work hours per month, and tens of thousands of dollars in costs per year.• Lead role in both the design and development of a complete overhaul of the look, feel, and underlying technology of our user-facing insurance portal. This redesign was achieved through a combination of Angular and form.io’s form builder technology. Led UI/UX prototyping; designs developed via Axure RP.

During my internship at ONS Orthopaedic and Neurosurgery Specialists, I played a pivotal role in ensuring seamless IT operations for one of the largest and most comprehensive practices of its kind in the region. I collaborated with the IT team to identify and resolve issues, supported enterprise-level services and various innovative technologies, enforced security and HIPAA policies, and documented issues and fixes for future reference.
